AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Massey Ferguson Global Partnership Manager.

The MF Partnership Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of Massey Ferguson’s global partnership network. This role is pivotal in driving the brand’s long-term growth strategy, fostering high-value alliances, and ensuring seamless collaboration across diverse markets. The manager will serve as a key liaison between Massey Ferguson and its partners, enabling innovation, operational excellence, and strategic alignment to achieve business objectives.

Your Impact 

• Lead Governance and Operational Management for all Massey Ferguson Partners 2

• Internal (PM & Supply Chain) and external stakeholder Management for all partner projects

• Lead Cross-functional projects related to MF Partner Business

• Lead Annual KPI setting & review mechanism for MF Partners 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in partnership management, strategic marketing, or business operations within global organizations.

• Strong proficiency in business operations and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and prioritize market trends and strategic growth opportunities.

• Proven experience working across international markets and cultures, demonstrating strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at senior levels.
