Your Impact

  • The Sales Manager rains will take India leadership of the AGCO Grain & Protein(G&P) segment in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka.
  • The job holder is responsible for the Sales in the GRAIN Segment (Food/Feed/Milling-Industry) including Sales, Marketing & Business Development, Customer service to ensure deliver of projects, sales quotas, and market share improvement. The key focus of this function is on developing and implementing a strategy and organization that will give a sustainable business model to grow the business moving forward across India and South Asia region.
  • The position holder will report to the Manager, Grain & Seeds, Cluster GA. As such, he will closely align with Cluster Lead to make sure that we have the right go-to-market strategy and product portfolio to venture into these emerging markets.
  • The job holder must ensure that the Grain strategies and actions are consistent with the corporate strategic plan and are targeted to achieve or exceed profitability, sales revenue, cash flow, market share and return on capital objectives


Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum years of experience in sales, project Management and global commercial experience.
  • Minimum 15yrs of relevant experience.
  • Minimum level of Education – Master’s Degree / MBA
  • Multicultural experience/working in a global environment is preferred with experience in USA, Europe and China preferred.
  • Experience within Grain Industry is a strong advantage; excellent negotiations skills are required.
