AgRevolution is looking for a Customer Care Center Representative.  This position may by located within the Illinois - Indiana – Kentucky Tri-State area.  This position will serve as the liaison between our company and current and potential customers.


The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.  This position also offers some cross functional responsibilities such as assisting with accounts payable and human resources, general administration, sales marketing, customer data base integrity as well as other assignments. 



  • Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives and seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
  • Maintain customer records in the company call center database. 
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.


  • High school diploma or GED; technical certification is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Previous experience with computer software (MS Office)
  • Previous experience with CRM systems and practices



  • May require overtime work or overnight travel to jobsites and be available to provide service to customers on a 24 hour, seven days a week basis.
