4th Shift Maintenance Tech Weekend

This is a 4th Shift Position - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 3X12

 

POSITION: Provide technical assistance on maintenance of equipment and utilities. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES (include, but not limited to):
Follow all Company rules, policies, procedures and requirements especially for: safety, quality, delivery and productivity/cost.Perform preventative maintenance of equipment.Perform autonomous maintenance of system.Prepare and complete all document and information required for the department accurately by following standard work requirements.Work with Plant Engineering and Maintenance personnel to reduce equipment downtime and optimize machine efficiency.Weigh materials or products and record weight or other production data on tags or labels.Ability to read and correctly interpret schematic diagrams and utilize specialized and general test equipment.Use tools, equipment and technology, including hand or power tools, manufacturing/operations equipment and computerized or automated systems.Maintain work area(s) in a safe, clean and orderly fashion.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required.oPrevious material clerk / material handling experience, (driving a forklift, driving a stand-up forklift, or operating a pallet jack.)At least 1 year of work-related experience,oWorking in a manufacturing / production work environment, or working in a warehouse or stocking role, or Loading truck trailers (18 wheeler, flatbed, etc.)Employees must possess the skill, education, and other qualification to conduct the duties assigned for the position in a safe manner and in accordance with corporate, federal and state specific regulatory requirements. These requirements include, but are not limited to, regulations found in 40 CFR 265.16(d)(2) with regards to hazardous materials management.
