In Order To better align with customer and dealer needs, AGCO has implemented the Agronomy and Farm Solutions team, whose mission is to identify, test, and validate innovative solutions designed to improve net farm income. Agronomy and Farm Solutions team members are involved early in the product development process to ensure agronomic challenges are identified. Field research and literature reviews are important tools employed to value opportunities as engineering projects get kicked off. When products are in final development, the Agronomy and Farm Solutions team proves growing ROI and the effectiveness of solutions through field evaluations for farms in targeted customer segments.
