Who We Are Looking For

AGCO, a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural solutions, has an exciting career opportunity for a Human Resources Representative to join our team in Hesston, KS. The Human Resources Representative will be responsible for the administration, coordination, and evaluation of specific human resources functional areas and projects and initiatives as assigned.  Areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to: training; recruiting; employee relations; safety team support, policies and procedures administration; new policy and procedure communication and implementation; HRIS administration; benefits administration; performance management; payroll support; FMLA administration; guidance on all applicable federal, state and local laws; personnel records management, and new employee orientation.  The Human Resources Representative reports to the Sr. Manager, Human Resources.

 

What You Will Do

 

  • Talent Acquisition (recruitment, candidate management, building a talent pipeline)
  • Labor relations support for unionized workforce
  • Induction process (lead on-boarding)
  • Leaver process (exit interview survey, interviews and analysis plus equipment handover checklist)
  • Prepare internal HR communications and seek opportunities to increase employee engagement
  • Support Benefits Administration
  • Leave of Absence administration (LOA, STD/LTD, FMLA)
  • Coordinate language and other trainings as appropriate
  • Day to day HR customer service

 

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR related field (Business, Psychology, HRM, Labor Relations)
  • 3-5 years of business experience required (relevant to position)
