Paint Production Technician 3rd Shift

Tasks include but not limited to:

Strict adherence to tasks as outlined in the process control plan.

Control, troubleshoot and maintain fluid handling systems including pump mixers, p-mixers, and daily additions.

Control, troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems.

Troubleshooting and adjusting oven controls.

Handle hazardous chemicals used in chemical and paint processes.

Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, scissor-lifts, etc.)

Required:

3-5 years electronic technician experience. Master Electrician knowledge strongly preferred

3-5 years experience in install, troubleshoot & maintaining fluid paint systems.

2 years experience in powder application systems

Ability to transport and handle chemicals and paint in a safe manner.

Experience in material handling equipment

Experience in lifting equipment including working at elevated heights.

Experience in lock out/tag out and working in confined spaces.

Great attention to detail and documenting process parameters.

Ability to adjust and troubleshoot gas burn off controls.

Experience handling Hazmat chemicals.

Chemical or Electronics degree desired
