AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a high-impact Team Lead, Penetration Testing to join its IT team in Hesston, KS or Remotely.
In the role of Team Lead, Penetration Testing the incumbent will lead a team that is primarily responsible for following penetration test strategies for our agricultural products, including connected-vehicle hardware, web & mobile apps.
What you will do:
- Primarily responsible for following penetration test strategies for on-vehicle or off-vehicle agricultural products we create. This ranges from connected-vehicle hardware to web & mobile apps.
- Hire targeted roles to completed build-up of internal team.
- Perform yearly goal-setting and performance reviews with team.
- Mentor team members.
- Research & design new tools and methodologies to find vulnerabilities in embedded systems on our connected smart vehicles, or mobile and web apps.
- Develop test methodologies, strategies, and plans for our products.
- Coordinate testing and remediation with product development and deployment teams
- Report to senior leadership.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical engineering or equivalent (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
- 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience/penetration testing
- 1+ years of experience leading or building teams
A plus if you have:
- Preferred: Sec+, CEH, EJPT, GIAC, GPEN, Pentest+, CND, AWS or other cloud certs
- Working experience exploiting OWASP Top 10/ OWASP IoT Top 10 / CWE Top 25 vulnerabilities.
- Working experience with common Pen. Testing methodologies and tools for either IoT/Connected vehicles, or web and mobile apps.
