Excellent growth opportunity for a motivated Employee Success Manager across our AgRev dealer network. In this role, you will utilize experience across multiple HR disciplines, and have significant opportunities to lead and manage high impact projects and processes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive team with an industry leader. This position will be remote with travel expected with the AgRev dealer network.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

Strategy

  • Identify and anticipate HR needs based on current or planned business activities and partner across the HR function to develop solutions.
  • Deliver and implement HR strategies that support a high performing culture.
  • Special HR projects in conjunction with day-to-day responsibilities.

 

Onboarding

  • Responsible for design and implementation of onboarding program including orientation, full style onboarding and training, with implementation across all AgRev locations.

 

Recruiting 

  • Partner with hiring managers and 3rd party recruiting agencies to meet hiring requirements.
  • Complete skills assessment and develop career pathing for all AgRev positions
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies
  • Administer local intern program as needed

 

Employee Relations

  • Work with 3rd party service to administer leaves of absence and ADA policies
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretations, ensure consistent application of such policies to employees and managers.

 

Systems Maintenance, Reporting, Misc. Tactical

  • Maintains HR Systems and processes
  • Manages data analytics and metrics, including ad-hoc reporting
  • Answer requests from outside entities including employment verification, Equifax unemployment case response, etc.
  • Payroll

 

Safety

  • Partner with Environmental Health and Safety Department to ensure safety program is implemented and maintained across all AgRev locations

 

Education

  • BS or BA degree required; preferably in Human Resources, Business or related field.

 

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years HR experience at a generalist level
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a superuser with a Human Capital Platform (i.e. Workday, Ceridian or, highly preferred, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience creating and managing reports from a Human Capital Platform
  • Strong Communication, interpersonal, and presentations skills
  • Ability to independently problem solve and a high proficiency at multi-tasking

 

Preferred

  • HR experience in a manufacturing and office environment
  • DDI facilitator certification
  • PHR or SHRM Certification
