As an Account Manager at AGCO, you will oversee the management of dealers in Texas and Louisiana, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include finance, marketing, after-sales support, and product supply coordination. You will drive sales growth, maximize profitability, and increase market share by developing and implementing effective strategies, building strong relationships with dealers, and analyzing market trends to optimize performance.
Your Impact

Responsible for dealer targets (i.e. sales, profit, market share, loyalty) within assigned territory, building required relationships with dealers through credibility to lead dealer in desired direction by coaching and example.

Develop sales plans that address current and future customer needs, and conduct structured and well-prepared sales-focused visits to territory dealerships.

Assist dealers with retail customer calls to enhance dealer/manufacturer profile and credibility. Assist dealers in closing deals with end-users.

Drive sales pipeline management process with sales personnel (coach, review, track, report, follow-up).

Ensure dealers are fully compliant with all admin requirements, such as settlements and warranty registrations, dealer excellence and DSSA.
Your Experience and Qualifications

Degree in Agricultural field and/or business-related subjects.

5+ years of machinery or technical equipment sales experience or 4+ years of sales experience in a dealer-based distribution channel

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Capable of Influencing without authority and establishing relationships with Dealers, Farmers, Internal/External Stake Holders.
