Job Summary

Support the identification of opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, quality and overall performance within company processes. Assist in tracking the implementation of improvement actions and help verify their effectiveness in collaboration with relevant teams. Contribute to the evaluation of improvement results and help refine methods to ensure long-term success. Help to prepare and organize communication materials, training sessions and presentations to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Acting as the focal point for the Ideas Program, driving employee engagement, developing business cases, tracking KPIs, conducting audits, and coordinating recognition activities and prize events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support activities aligned with Lean Manufacturing and APS (AGCO Production System) principles, contributing to process improvement efforts.
  • Coordination and execution of the Ideas Program, helping promote employee participation and engagement.
  • Help deliver and organize training sessions based on Lean and APS pillars, supporting knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Participate in audits such as LPA, 5S, and others, helping identify improvement areas and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in tracking and executing the APS budget, following the defined plan and supporting reporting activities.
  • Provide support to operational teams in addressing challenges related to quality, safety, delivery and efficiency, using structured problem-solving tools like DMAIC, A3 and PDCA.
  • Organize Kaizen events at the Ibirubá site and help share best practices with other departments and locations.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and conflict resolution skills, building positive relationships and collaboration across different teams.

 

Experience and qualifications:

  • Technical level or attending graduation in administration, engineering or related areas.
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement, (Lean Manufacturing, 5S and quality tools).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate English skills (written and spoken) to support communication and documentation in a global environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or training is a differentiator.
