Job Summary

Maintains and improves product configuration for Planters and Tillage equipment in the JDE/SAP systems. The role ensures that JDE and SAP configurators accurately allow compatible product features, prevent incompatible combinations, and remain aligned with engineering, marketing, operations and new product introduction requirements. The position supports reliable order processing, configuration quality, process efficiency, and cross-functional adoption of configuration standards.

Key Responsibilities

•  Maintain and enhance JDE and SAP product configurators, including configuration rules, characteristics, variant tables, and product structures for Beloit products.
•  Resolve configuration issues impacting order entry and ensure system setups remain aligned with product releases and engineering changes.
• Support pre-series orders and implement variant configuration updates to meet business and product requirements.
• Coordinate and align configuration effective dates with Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), ensuring data accuracy and change control compliance.
• Audit sales order configurations against planned orders to ensure consistency, accuracy, and manufacturing readiness.

Experience and qualifications:

• Fluent English

(Collaborate closely with North America cross-functional teams, supporting configuration management, issue resolution, and process alignment across regions.)

• Degree in engineering;
• Experience with JDE/SAP systems;
• Knowledge with Windhill;
• Ability to collaborate across departments;
