What we are looking for:
Contribute to build up the business performance improvement action plans and follow up their implementation and achievement. Support and challenge the manufacturing functions to execute and achieve product cost targets. Drive weekly and month end the audits and internal controls, as well as support the management with annual budget and quartely reviews by acting as business partner. Audit and control the cycle count and finished goods inventory, assets utilization, mfg hourly cost and total product cost. Provide insightful and meaningful financial/control information in regards to material and production cost evolution as well as the status of cost reduction plans actions.
What are you going to do:
Provide weekly reports to various functions for the business factory costs per value stream, RM inventory cycle counting results as well as close follow up with logistics team, finished goods inventory control, fixed assets identification/utilization and product cost control. Follow-up all other cost reduction opportunities agreed with various functions. Make sure appropriate accounting and policies are in place to enable the right factory cost and allocation into each of the businesses. Perform cost analyses on ECOs to support product changes.
What do you need:
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or controlling activities;
• Good knowledge of product costing and raw material costs;
• Experience in business unit segmentation/management (by product line)
• Graduation degree in Accounting, Engineering, Administration or Economics;
• Intermediary English;
