Do you want to help solve the world's most pressing challenges? Feeding the world's growing population and slowing climate change are two of the world's greatest challenges. AGCO is a part of the solution! Join us to make your contribution.

In order to better align with customer and dealer needs, AGCO has implemented the Agronomy and Farm Solutions team, whose mission is to identify, test, and validate new solutions designed to improve net farm income.  Agronomy and Farm Solutions team members are involved early in the product development process to ensure agronomic challenges are identified.  Field research and literature reviews are important tools employed to value opportunities as engineering projects get kicked off.  When products are in final development, the Agronomy and Farm Solutions team proves grower ROI and the effectiveness of solutions through field evaluations for farms in targeted customer segments.   Marketing uses that information for commercialization of products and services to demonstrate enhanced value to our customers. Focus product lines include precision agriculture technologies, tractors, sprayers, planters, fertilizer applicators, and combines. The successful candidate will align with a global Agronomy and Farm Solutions team while representing and working with farmers, dealers, and AGCO personnel in North America.
