Summary:  This position will serve as the end-user support for the engineering systems used at the Jackson facility.  This person’s primary responsibility will be supporting Creo and Windchill applications for the Design Engineering department personnel as well as others outside the engineering department using these applications.  Other responsibilities may include project management, installations, maintenance, training and user support for systems related to or integrated with Creo and Windchill, such as design study software (FEA, Costing, etc.), Product Data Management software applications and upgrades as applicable. This person will report to the Engineering Business Systems Chief Engineer.


Primary Duties:

  • Maintain expert level knowledge of Creo and Windchill applications.
  • Train new users on all Creo and Windchill applications and other related engineering systems.
  • Train existing users on new engineering related applications and any upgrades to Creo and Windchill.
  • Setup and coordinate end user training schedules.
  • Trouble-shoot end-user issues.
  • Develop and/or assist users with defining better or improved techniques and procedures with the software applications.  This may include temporarily being a part of the design team on design projects with any of the AGCO product functional groups.
  • Assist and/or coordinate installations, configurations, testing procedures and maintenance with the Creo and Windchill software.
  • Interface and work with applications engineers from the software vendors as required.
  • Serve as one of the primary CAD team member to define and ensure proper Creo standards and best practices.
  • Assist with maintaining the CAD Standards for Creo.
  • Communicate with department VP’s, directors and/or managers to ensure global systems compatibility as required.
  • Assist with investigating, recommending and justifying new software and/or hardware purchases.
  • Work with other AGCO Design facilities on upgrades and to resolve any issues as required.
  • Work with the Windchill Application Management team for any upgrades and functionality changes as required.
  • Must adhere to the highest quality of work in daily activities.
  • Must adhere to AGCO’s quality standards by performing responsibilities in compliance with Change Management and Project Management Policies, Guidelines and Procedures.
  • Must adhere to AGCO’s awareness and security standards by performing responsibilities in compliance with AGCO Global IT Security Policies, Guidelines and Procedures.
  • Establish project time lines and progress reports.
  • Support all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as needed.



Technical degree in an engineering field OR 5 years experience in a related field.
