AGCO is currently hiring a Design Engineer for our Analysis team.  The purpose of this job is to participate in the design and development analysis of new product concepts and complex engineering projects for release to production in a manner to ensure products provide superior performance, durability, quality, and serviceability. 

Your Impact: 

• Emphasis of this position is on analyzing moderately complex designs to incorporate into the development of new engineering projects focusing on multibody dynamic modeling (MBD) and possibly including NVH.  

• Prepares concept, design, development, and feasibility studies for complex engineering projects.  

• Accurately makes design calculations, decisions and performs the necessary analysis, comparisons, and computer simulations.  

• Prepares development plans and is responsible for meeting scheduled dates. Coordinates product tests on current and prototype build designs. Evaluates, defines, and resolves design and manufacturing problems.  

• Uses technical expertise and product knowledge to play the leadership role in the problem resolution process when interfacing with Test, Service, Plant personnel, suppliers, and consultants. 

Your Experience and Qualification: 

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from a 4-year accredited school.  

• Required knowledge of Off Highway equipment design. 

•  1+ years of experience working with ANSYS or Siemens Simcenter 3D 

• 2+ years of experience using MS Excel, Outlook, and Word applications.  

• Requires strong leadership ability and effective communication skills.   

• Ability to work in a team setting and demonstrate a positive work attitude

Your Compensation: 

This position will be within the range of $54,797 - $110,000 based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 7% compensation.
