As an AGCO Engineering Intern, you design and develop moderately complex product and component concepts for release to production to ensure superior performance, durability, reliability, quality and serviceability to the worldwide marketplace.

 

Intern Program 

We match interns with projects based on their interests and educational background. Interns are paired with technical managers at AGCO. These project sponsors provide technical training, project support, and deliverables for intern projects. Internships are onsite in Jackson, Minnesota during the summer from May 2025 through August 2025.

 

Your Impact: 

  • Conceive and provide practical and improved product design applications.
  • Prepare design layouts by using a computer graphics system. 
  • Accurately make design calculations, decisions, and perform necessary analysis and computer simulations.
  • Work closely with Test Engineers and technicians, plant personnel, and suppliers regarding product design, test, and production schedule dates.
  • Provide guidance to Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, Service and other departments.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Current student enrolled in an accredited 4-year college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
