Establish contact and relationships with customers.
You will support the dealers' sales curve by developing tactical marketing, sales and demonstration events for agricultural products such as: harvesters, sprayers, planters, implements and tractors.
This position is crucial for the implementation of the Massey Ferguson´s Farmer First and Full Portfolio strategies in your coordination region (Maranhao, Tocantins, Piaui, West of BA and part of the MT).
The candidate will be responsible to lead the execution of the Retail Processs and its all correlated program and actions, through the dealer to the market, delivering the Sales Plan (maket share and volume) at its region. Lead the Relationship and Customer Support Program - Massey Ferguson Premium Customer Program - putting foward sales and relationship maintenance actions. Coordinate the sales of the products Massey Ferguson throuth the dealership channel aligned with AGCO´s Farmer First Strategy and Full Portfolio´s Brand; Coordinate and guarantee a efficient execution of the Commercial Plan by Massey Ferguson´s dealers in order to delivery the market share and volumes to its region according the Sales Plan; .
Your experience and qualifications
Advanced English
Completed graduation
Experience in the agricultural commercial sector.
Experience in developing trade fairs and events, as well as monitoring and developing dealers' market share, Knowledge of retail sales of agricultural equipment.
