Your impact

The Aftersales Regional Coordinator is the AGCO representative responsible for aftersales department, which includes commercial support and growth of the dealer's aftermarket business.

This coordinator work with AGCO dealers and internal functions to develop and sustain a profitable distribution network with industry-leading Aftermarket support and customer satisfaction.

This position will be responsible for executing the aftersales marketing programs, training dealer personnel on AGCO's parts, service and process offerings.

Will be a key member of the field team, helping dealers become more profitable through their parts and service business.

 

  • Deliver Parts Sales and margin objectives for the Sales Area.
  • Define, communicate, and install strategic Aftersales Business/Marketing Plans with the team and Dealers
  • Responsible for communicating with the team about the key Aftersales points and strategies and to define where the team should focus on.
  • Manage the installation and the ongoing support of our strategic Aftersales Business Development Plans with our dealer network;
  • Support the evolution and programs of Dealer Aftersales, NPS and profitability
  • Work alongside and support our Technical Service, Whole goods, Marketing, Dealer Management, and other internal departments
  • Maintain awareness of key customers, customer expectations and local competitor activity within the region.
  • Manage and support our dealers under your assigned territory.
  • Organize and distribute sales objectives according to the dealer and region.
  • Work to develop the team under your responsibility.

 

Your experience and qualifications

  • Graduate in business, agronomy, economy, engineering or related fields;
  •  Knowledge in Agricultural equipment’s;
  • Team working;
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and regional environment, collaborating with stakeholders across different departments
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking.
  • Available for frequent travel(up 75% of the time)

Your place of work

  • Based in Mato Grosso (preferably in Tangará da Serra, Sinop, Lucas do Rio Verde, or Juara) and responsible for working across the Mato Grosso territory.
