AGCO’s Parts Division is seeking a Master Data Analyst to join the Master Data Management (MDM) team in Jundiaí.
This professional will be responsible for developing service levels for large assemblies, in charge of creating and maintaining master data in SAP, following global standards and supporting data governance processes.
The role includes ensuring high levels of data integrity and governance, as well as providing excellent service to internal customers. This professional must understand the impact of master data on business performance and provide guidance to AGCO’s supply chain teams.
Your Impact
- Process master data requests in accordance with service level agreements and respond to inquiries in an agile manner;
- Promote internal compliance and adherence to processes through engagement and awareness;
- Create, maintain, and monitor spare parts master data in software systems;
- Independently coordinate with development teams and external suppliers, managing both national and international communication;
- Act as the main point of contact and coordinator to integrate third-party product master data (e.g., axles, transmissions) into AGCO systems and define spare parts service levels;
- Oversee global responsibilities for Parts master data, change management, and service level definitions for specific scopes, such as functional modules (e.g., third-party front axles);
- Provide technical support to MDM teams in other locations, including training employees on AGCO systems;
- Assist in system testing, data migration, and quality checks in global systems, in collaboration with the global MDM team.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience;
- Intermediate English;
- Experience with SAP material master data;
- Experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Quality;
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset;
- High level of attention to detail, discipline, and consistency in executing responsibilities;
- Ability to work cross-functionally and to learn and adapt to new business processes, technologies, and environments;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Access;
- Minimum experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment;
- Knowledge of BI and AI;
- Knowledge of PTC tools (Windchill);
- Knowledge of CAD software.
