Job Summary
As an Aftersales Parts Sr Specialist, CRM MA & Business Integration NA/SA, you will play a key role in developing system integrations across AGCO's digital ecosystem. A core responsibility is collaborating with various Dealer Management System (DMS) providers to build interfaces that enable seamless data exchange with AGCO tools. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives shaping the DMS landscape across the dealer network.
Success in this role requires a strong business mindset, the ability to navigate complex technical details, and the confidence to challenge internal and external stakeholders. A solid understanding of end‑to‑end data flows, system interactions, and digital product requirements is essential, supported by strong conceptual, communication, and visualization skills.
In addition, you will lead regional project execution within the Global Parts organization. These projects involve cross-functional collaboration and require effective project management and influencing skills. Example initiatives include IT system data migrations, dealer parts return process improvements, inventory management optimization, reman expansion, and e-commerce growth acceleration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global interface and strategic projects within the Global Parts organization.
- Define, document, and manage business and technical requirements end to end.
- Manage external DMS and system providers, including SOW review and negotiation.
- Coordinate stakeholder workshops and dealer onboarding across teams and partners.
- Support core platforms, issue resolution, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
Experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, digital product management, or Aftersales (industry experience a plus).
- Strong business-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Analytical and technically oriented, with strong conceptual thinking, visualization skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional European language a plus).
