Job Summary:

The Aftersales Parts Sr. Specialist, Marketing Services, SA leads the development, deployment and execution of any South America specific Aftersales Marketing communications, campaigns and promotions.

 

The Aftersales Parts Sr. Specialist, Marketing Services, SA also represents the SA region in working with the wider global creative services team colleagues on the development, deployment and execution of any global Aftersales Marketing communications, campaigns and promotions activities to ensure all content is regionalized to reflect any South America specifics from a brand, dealer, farmer and commercial perspective.

 

The Aftersales Parts Sr. Specialist, Marketing Services, SA is the regional representative of the Aftersales Creative Services Team and is an advocate for the team and its processes and ensuring Aftersales are considered in any regional and cross functional project brought to their attention. It is also required to be the regional expert on the AGCO Parts brand corporate identity, ensuring that the brand identity, values and vision are consistently applied by all across all areas.

 

The above requires to work closely with the Aftersales Commercial SA management team as well as the SA Wholegoods Brand Marketing Management.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • SA Aftersales Creative Delivery & Deployment – Work closely with SA Product / Category Managers to determine annual requirements for marketing support for SA Aftersales Marketing activities, take requirements and oversee the development and execution of Aftersales Marketing Content and Communications across various media either by using an agency partner or leveraging the resources of our in-house creative and digital teams.

 

  • Agency & Partner Management - Agency selection, management and performance monitoring as well as contractor lifecycle management such as annual negotiations, cost reviews, contracts and statement of works.

 

  • Global Creative & Communications Strategy – own Aftersales communications strategy for SA including which channels do we leverage and how do we communicate with dealers and customers.

 

  • Marketing Automation/ Targeted Communications SA lead - Work with the global Aftersales Digital Marketing team on campaign content set-up of specific SA targeted campaigns and regionalization of global targeted campaigns. Act as the SA lead and advocate for the dealer process utilising AGCO CRM to manage Aftersales leads, providing dealer feedback and feeding in ideas for future developments.

 

  • SA Aftersales Marketing Program Management - Develop and deliver an Aftersales Marketing Program to dealers and distributors in SA which facilitates a high level of engagement and is optimized to support with customer retention and aftersales loyalty.

 

Experience and qualifications:

 

  • Requisite knowledge and expertise for this role include:
  • 6-8 years marketing experience in a similar environment, with a qualification (Degree, HND, ND, BTEC) in Marketing or Business
  • Knowledge and clear understanding of effective marketing communication tools and processes
  • Experience of working in an Aftermarket role for a multi-market, multi-brand organisation with a franchised distribution network preferred.
  • Fully understands market structures: B2B, B2C and also B2B2C
  • Experience using a project management tool like Monday.com
  • Excellent awareness and interest in current and developing creative media
  • Highly organised with the ability to coordinate projects and manage workload allocation in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of farmer psychology, seasonal behaviours, and aftersales dynamics
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
