This position is part of the Global Aftersales Parts Pricing team in Jundiaí, supporting LATAM markets and reporting to the LATAM Pricing Manager.
The Pricing Specialist focuses on analysis, reporting, and pricing governance, using internal data and market references. The role also supports daily operations and works closely with Sales, Purchasing, and global teams.
Additionally, the position contributes with insights, process improvements, and ensures operational continuity, connecting execution with regional needs.

Your Impact

• Perform advanced pricing analysis (pricebook reviews, monthly evaluations, trend analysis);
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to discounts, pricing performance and margin impact;
• Analyze discount structures and financial outcomes to support decision-making;
• Consolidate and interpret pricing data, including market price references;
• Act as focal point for reporting, dashboard development and data extraction;
• Support pricing system maintenance, configurations and governance processes;
• Contribute to system enhancements, testing and implementation activities;
• Act as regional reference in interactions with global counterparts, providing business input and context;
• Support alignment between guidelines and regional market practices;
• Analyze and manage price claims for specific markets when assigned;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains;
• Support manager with tactical and strategic insights;
• Provide backup support to operational activities when needed; 
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing and other stakeholders.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• Solid experience in pricing, finance or commercial support.
• Strong analytical capability, including KPI management and market data interpretation.
• Advanced Excel required.
• Experience with BI tools, ERP or pricing systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English (English language to be able to participate in meetings, understanding the main points and being able to communicate effectively).
• Spanish is a plus.
