The Senior Analyst in after-sales business development will grow within a broad-acting area in the LATAM parts business unit, a role with significant representation in AGCO’s business, as well as with suppliers and dealerships.

 

Your Impact

• Will be responsible for managing activities related to the growth of the complementary products business, including lubricants, additives, tires, and others; 
• Will be responsible for the financial performance of partners within their portfolio; 
• Development of commercial policies, as well as strategic and tactical marketing planning; 
• Creation of Sell-in and Sell-out sales campaigns and monitoring of results; 
• Ability to develop and manage Sell-in and Sell-out sales incentive campaigns; 
• Analysis and development of new strategic partnerships aligned with company needs and market opportunities; 
• Will support management with various business analyses for building business cases and performance indicators; 
• Monitor and adjust ongoing continuous improvement plans with suppliers; 
• Will launch new partnerships and products to dealerships at the LATAM level; 
• Will have strong interaction with the LATAM parts purchasing area; 
• Will support the commercial team in negotiations with suppliers and the dealership network; 
• Strong negotiation skills across multiple hierarchical levels; 
• Will deliver training sessions and presentations to support the business;
• Will participate in internal and external events.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
• Experience managing supplier portfolios (DSH) and/or after-sales products;
• 360º business perspective in parts (pricing, market intelligence, marketing, and sales);
• Strong analytical skills;
• Commercial mindset;
• Knowledge of marketing tools;
• Understanding of after-sales processes in the agricultural, automotive, engineering, or manufacturing sectors;
• Advanced English and Spanish (English and Spanish language is required to reading and writing with proficiency, and able to participate in meetings, understanding the main points and being able to communicate effectively);
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Knowledge of Latin American markets and agriculture is a plus;
• Familiarity with the DSH (Direct Shipment) business model.
