Job Summary:
As an Aftersales Parts Sr. Specialist – Reman within the Aftermarket Division, this professional will be responsible for the development of new REMAN products, marketing activities, and creative messaging, as well as defining the value proposition to strengthen the AGCO Reman brand within the AGCO Parts business.

This role will be key in supporting Field Aftermarket Managers in promoting and executing critical initiatives with the AGCO dealer network across Latin America. Additionally, this professional will be responsible for planning and developing programs and promotions aimed at strengthening AGCO’s aftersales support throughout the machine lifecycle, in collaboration with the Fendt, Valtra, and Massey Ferguson brands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand the remanufactured product portfolio in South America.
• Collaborate with the Sales department to design programs and initiatives that drive REMAN business growth, ensuring portfolio coverage, product quality, supplier alignment, and price competitiveness.
• Support the creation of high-quality marketing materials for dealers and retail channels, including training content on product differentiation and features, as well as messaging that highlights key product benefits. Manage go-to-market strategies for new product launches within the portfolio.
• Act as an active team member, contributing to task completion, goal achievement, and project management. Demonstrate strong collaboration by listening to colleagues, respecting diverse ideas, and continuously seeking to improve the Parts Division and related processes.
• Actively participate in support activities such as importing components from other regions, assisting logistics operations related to remanufacturing, and conducting market potential studies for remanufactured products by region/dealer.


Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related areas).
• Postgraduate degree is a plus.
• Strong skills in project management, time management, interpersonal relationships, and communication.
• Strategic mindset with a strong results orientation.
• Experience in developing marketing programs and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple areas of the organization.
• Analytical skills related to sales and performance.
• Advanced/Fluent English.
