Job Summary

 

With the objective of structuring functions separately by brand, these roles are aligned with the company’s needs and strategic direction. This position will allow us to provide greater focus on Retail operations and strengthen relationships with Formalizers, Dealers, and Financial Agents — ensuring greater agility and responsiveness at the front line (Retail).

Considering that AGCO’s goals are becoming increasingly ambitious, it is essential to enhance autonomy and enable faster decision-making, particularly in negotiations with Formalizers, Dealer Network Owners, and Financial Agents.

The scope includes 60 headquarters across MF/VT and Fendt, and approximately 303 branches, as well as directors and superintendents from banks and financial institutions. This structure will provide stronger support to the Dealer Network and Financial Agents, ultimately supporting retail sales at the front line.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Retail Management, acting as the focal point for Financial Agents and Formalizers within the Dealer Network.
  • Accountable for training the network on all financing modalities, including Finame, CDC, and free-market resources.
  •  Responsible for managing reports and performance dashboards.
  • In charge of preparing and monitoring the DDI, ensuring full engagement and penetration of all financial agents by securing multiple bank options per proposed sale.
  • Results-oriented, with a strong focus on maintaining the financial health of our dealer network and promoting the best conditions for retail inventory sales.

 

 

Experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Word.
  •  Intermediate to Advanced English.
