Not everyone can claim to feed the world, but it is part of our every day. Behind everything we do for our farmers, there is one AGCO team making it happen. We are proud to put our curiosity into work, building a better and more sustainable world. Join our extraordinary team today!

We are building the next generation of business continuity and cyber resilience capabilities to protect and enable our global digital transformation. As a Business Continuity Specialist, you will go far beyond traditional BCM planning — helping design resilience as part of our digital architecture across hybrid datacenters, global manufacturing plants, precision agriculture platforms, and outsourced AMS services.

Your mission will be to translate resilience principles into practical, measurable capabilities that ensure our critical business remains operational despite cyber incidents, technology failures, or supply chain disruptions. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations, shaping how a global manufacturing leader anticipates, absorbs, recovers, and adapts to disruption.

Your Impact

  • Design & Embed Business Continuity in a Digital Manufacturing Context Contribute to the design, implementation, and governance of the global BCM framework aligned with ISO 22301, NIST CSF 2.0, ITIL ITSCM, and corporate risk appetite. Work alongside cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and OT teams to embed continuity principles into the enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with Zero Trust, identity governance, and operational technology security controls. Support the definition of Minimum Viable BIA/SIA models and Mass Recovery Modeling (MRM) to prioritize business services, applications, and dependencies.

  • Perform Impact Analysis & Map Critical Dependencies Execute and maintain Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Service Impact Analyses (SIA) for end-to-end business services — especially those supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and precision agriculture platforms. Identify interdependencies across IT, OT, cloud, network, and third-party services (including AMS providers) and propose architectural improvements to eliminate single points of failure. Assess EOL/EOM technology risks and their impact on continuity capabilities, feeding insights into modernization roadmaps.

  • Shape Recovery Strategies & Test Resilience Design and validate recovery strategies such as backup & restore, cold-site activation, cloud failover, redundant ISP models, and OT system recovery. Co-design and coordinate tabletop exercises, simulation drills, and recovery tests targeting scenarios such as ransomware, datacenter outages, and supplier disruptions. Partner with Security Operations and Cybersecurity Engineering to automate recovery actions and runbooks, integrating them into DevSecOps pipelines where applicable.

  • Governance, Evidence & Metrics Maintain and continuously improve BCM documentation, including policies, standards, runbooks, and test evidence, to meet internal audit, Board, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, DORA, SEC filings).Define and monitor KPIs, KRIs, and maturity metrics to assess readiness, recovery performance, and continuous improvement. Contribute to the creation of executive dashboards and resilience heatmaps that provide visibility into the company’s resilience posture.

  • Collaboration & Culture Building Work closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, enterprise architecture, MSPs, and crisis management to ensure recovery capabilities align with strategic priorities. Contribute to awareness and training initiatives to foster a resilience-first culture across manufacturing sites, corporate functions, and regional operations. Act as a trusted advisor for MSPs during onboarding or transitions, ensuring resilience responsibilities and RACI are clearly defined and governed.
