The Commercial Coordinator will be responsible for driving the company’s strategic pillars across the dealer network under their responsibility, acting as the primary link between strategy, execution, and results. This professional will play a key role in market analysis, performance indicator monitoring, guidance of commercial actions, and strengthening relationships with partners, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and excellence in commercial execution.

 

Your Impact

  • Coordinate and develop the commercial execution of the dealer network under their responsibility.
  • Implement and monitor the strategic pillars defined by the company, ensuring alignment with business guidelines and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, performance indicators, and commercial opportunities, proposing strategic adjustments and recommendations.
  • Manage the sales funnel and support dealer inventory planning, ensuring efficiency and balance between supply and demand.
  • Lead tactical actions, commercial campaigns, and value-selling initiatives.
  • Work closely with dealers, fostering engagement, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement of commercial performance.
  • Negotiate commercial conditions and support strategic decision-making with a focus on sustainable results.

 

 Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in commercial management or coordination, preferably within the agricultural sector.
  • Experience in sales funnel management and inventory planning.
  • Experience leading tactical initiatives and value-selling strategies.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with clients and partners.
  • Strategic, analytical profile with a strong focus on sustainable results.   
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and lead by influence, effectively working with partners and stakeholders.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (preferred).
  • Willingness to reside in Cuiabá/MT or Sinop/MT, or surrounding regions.
