Receiving, analyzing, and including orders to be produced, when necessary requesting changes in the order queue, advising the customer (dealer) with all necessary information regarding their requests, preparing reports, and maintaining contact with other areas of the company such as sales, manufacturing, and finance.
Your Impact
- This department is responsible for assisting resellers/customers with finished products;
- We manage the order portfolio and monitor the entire process up to invoicing;
- We support the sales team and work closely with the planning, production, finance, and other departments to provide the best possible support;
- We prepare reports and participate in meetings.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 1-2 years of related experience;
- A professional who relates well to people (at work and with clients), ready to learn and with good availability of time;
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Intermediary English Language.
