The Dealer Performance Consultant is a critical member of our team, responsible for working closely with dealerships to optimize their operations, enhance customer experiences, and maximize profitability. This role involves analyzing dealership performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with dealer and internal business areas to implement effective strategies and projects that drive growth.

Area of ​Operation: Brazil (needs to travel often)

Your Impact:

  • Generate reports and insights from data analysis (customer, industry & competitor) to assess operational efficiency, sales effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Prepare business presentations for the Board of Directors to guide decision-making and strategy formulation.
  • Engage with dealership owners, managers, and staff to understand their challenges and needs. Evaluate existing processes in sales, service, parts, and other departments, recommending improvements to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences,
  • Track dealers and brand performance, propose and implement initiatives to improve the required KPIs (NPS, market share, training, brand standards, absorption rate, ebitda, etc) Collaborate with dealership teams to develop tailored action plans that address specific performance gaps and objectives.
  • Actively participate and coordinate multi-functional projects.  Work with different areas to get the best efficiency of processes and communication.
  • Organize and Coordinate Dealer meetings and Workshops.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

  • Complete Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in excel and knowledge in BI tools (e.g., Tableau,) to create interactive visualizations and dashboards.
  • Solid experience with Dealer Development or Performance Area in Agriculture or Automotive/Trucks Segment industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with dealerships, internal business areas and conveying insights effectively. Strong team player being able to effectively encourage and promote cooperation and collaboration within multi-functional teams.
  • Language skills both written and spoken for English and Spanish is mandatory. Level Advanced, desirable fluent.
