Your impact

Performance Consultant is a critical member of our team, responsible for working closely with dealerships to optimize their operations, enhance customer experiences, and maximize profitability. This role involves analyzing dealership performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with dealer and internal business areas to implement effective strategies and projects that drive growth.

Your experience and qualifications

•  Generate reports and insights from data analysis (customer, industry & competitor) to assess operational efficiency, sales effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
•  Prepare business presentation for Board of directors to guide decision-making and strategy formulation. Organize and Coordinate Dealer meetings and Workshops.
•  Engage with dealership owners, managers, and staff to understand their challenges and needs.
•  Evaluate existing processes in sales, service, parts, and other departments, recommending improvements to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences, 
•  Collaborate with dealership teams to develop tailored action plans that address specific performance gaps and objectives.
•  Actively participate and coordinate multi-functional projects. 
•  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into insights and recommendation.
•  Proficiency in excel and knowledge in BI tools (e.g., Tableau,) to create interactive visualizations and dashboards.
•  Language skills both written and spoken(English). Spanish is a plus.
