The Finance Manager, NA Commercial, serves in a key support role in the North America Commercial organization. The individual in this role provides support to North America Commercial Brands and Commercial Support functions across various facets of the business, including financial reporting and analysis and coordination of forecasts and budgets. In this role, you will work a hybrid schedule in our Brazil facility located in Jundiai.

Your Impact

• Manage the budget and forecast process for the Selling and Marketing areas for the Brands in NA.  Includes analysis of trends and variances.
• Manage the budget and forecast process for the Marketing support areas in NA.  Includes analysis of trends and variances.
• Prepare, analyze, report, and manage monthly OPEX variances to budget and current forecast.
• Prepare FTE Reporting and analysis and provide guidance and expertise to other members of NA Commercial Finance team in the area of potential cost efficiencies.
• Support month-end close processes for assigned areas. Liaise with non-financial personnel to achieve the company’s financial objectives; develop and report on KPIs for assigned areas of financial support.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or Master’s in Accountancy preferred
• MS Office Suite expertise (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong, demonstrated problem-solving skills and an extensive amount of independent thinking
• Ability to work with/present to all levels of management and across functions
• Knowledge of or exposure to commercial operations
• SAP and/or OneStream knowledge preferred
