Your impact

The analyst Jr. in the Supply area at AGCO Parts, guided by customer focus and analytical work, has the following main responsibilities: monitoring deliveries from local suppliers, analyzing the availability of parts for customer service and managing KPIs.

• Follow-up and management of local vendors; Email management; Expedite Messenger; Orbit recommendations; Manage Sales Force cases; Negotiation with procurement area; Meeting with suppliers; Supplier Escalation; Meeting with ATC.
• Creation and administration of Purchase Orders in SAP.
• Changing purchase order dates; Upload delivery confirmations dates in SAP; Backorder Analysis; KPI management.
• Transport monitoring; ASN correction; EDI submission.

Your experience and qualifications

• Higher Education in Business, Engineering or related areas.
• Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• Knowledge ERP Systems.
• National Driver License (B).
• Advanced English Skills
