The Accounts Receivable Analyst will support the monitoring and maintenance of the company’s receivables portfolio, assisting in the coordination of dealership accounts and working closely with internal teams.

This role helps ensure the integrity of financial data, supports collection efforts, and contributes to routine activities that promote consistent cash flow and operational efficiency.

Your Impact

• Support the monitoring of the accounts receivable portfolio.
• Assist with customer collections and payment negotiations.
• Perform account reconciliations and support monthly closing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Contribute to cash flow reporting and analysis.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Entry-level experience or academic background in Finance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Tableau is an advantage.
