Manager, ADIS Americas is responsible for leading AGCO’s Distributed Infrastructure Support organization across North America and Latin America, ensuring effective delivery of local infrastructure services, operational governance, stakeholder engagement and people leadership.
This role serves as the primary leadership point for ADIS resources within the Americas, working closely with business stakeholders, MSP Field Services partners and central infrastructure teams to ensure reliable, secure and business-aligned support services across AGCO locations.
As a member of the ADIS leadership team, the position also contributes to the global evolution of the ADIS organization by sharing best practices, promoting standardization, supporting continuous improvement and participating in global infrastructure initiatives. This role combines regional operational leadership with active contribution to AGCO’s global infrastructure strategy, governance and service excellence priorities.
Your Impact
- Lead ADIS Operations Across the Americas: oversee and govern infrastructure support services across North and Latin America, ensuring high service quality, operational excellence, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and Develop High-Performing Teams: lead, coach, and develop regional teams by fostering accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and effective resource planning.
- Drive Infrastructure Service Delivery and Operational Performance: ensure reliable delivery of local infrastructure services, coordinate major incident resolution, manage escalations, and support technology lifecycle initiatives and deployments.
- Build Strategic Business and Vendor Partnerships: act as the primary infrastructure contact for business stakeholders, strengthen relationships with site leadership, and manage MSP/vendor performance, governance, and service improvements.
- Support Transformation, Governance, and Global Collaboration: lead infrastructure projects, promote ITIL and ServiceNow best practices, ensure compliance and cybersecurity standards, and represent the Americas within global infrastructure leadership initiatives.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience in IT infrastructure, field services, site support, and infrastructure operations, with a solid understanding of service delivery and operational governance.
- Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams, including managing geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries and cultures.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM), ServiceNow processes, desktop and local infrastructure operations, hardware lifecycle management, and infrastructure governance.
- Experience building effective relationships with business stakeholders and collaborating with managed service providers (MSPs) and outsourced support organizations to drive service excellence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, fluency in English, and the ability to work successfully in a global, matrixed environment.
