As the Senior Specialist of Market Intelligence for Latin America, you will be the driving force behind our data-driven culture. You will not only build the infrastructure and visualizations that lead to better decisions but also serve as a strategic partner to leadership across the region. You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that optimize our commercial, operational, and financial performance in the dynamic LATAM market.

Your Impact

• Strategic Insight & Analytics: Design and execute advanced analytical models to identify market trends, customer behavior, and growth opportunities specific to the LATAM landscape.
• Solution Architecture: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable BI solutions, including automated dashboards and data models.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a subject matter expert for regional leadership. Translate intricate technical findings into clear, "business-ready" recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Data Governance & Quality: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of regional data. Standardize KPIs across different countries to ensure consistent reporting.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in business workflows and use data to propose and track the impact of operational improvements.

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related.
• Experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, preferably within a multinational agricultural environment.
• Data Visualization: Mastery of tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced English (English language to be able to participate in meetings, understanding the main points and being able to communicate effectively).
• Understanding of the LATAM agribusiness landscape, including varying market dynamics, commodities, farmer behavior and data privacy considerations.
• The ability to find the "why" behind the numbers and communicate it persuasively.
• Comfortable navigating the ambiguity of fast-paced, emerging markets.
• Ability to build relationships with remote and on-site teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
