This position will lead the design and development of technological equipment innovations in Brazil. This critical position will be responsible for defining the requirements and specifications of a project, as well as coordinating and executing project plans. This role will also provide technical and agronomic validation criteria for all products, while establishing the schedule and development of all new product launches through the current dealer network. Additionally, this role will provide technical leadership for product support activities, as well as the field research required to demonstrate product value.

 

Your Impact

  • Lead product development and NPI execution, ensuring high-quality launches that meet customer needs and profitability targets.
  • Design and validate products through 3D/2D modeling, lab and field testing, and apply project management, engineering, and quality tools to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide technical documentation and support to Sales, Marketing, and Product Support teams for successful product introduction, training, and value communication.
  • Manage cross-functional interfaces with customers and internal teams (manufacturing, quality, sales, and marketing).
  • Collaborate with supply chain to select suppliers and balance cost, quality, and technical requirements for each project.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with experience in product design, testing, and project management, including strong field exposure.

Proficiency in 3D modeling and 2D drafting tools (CREO preferred).

Solid understanding of the full product development lifecycle for mechanical, electronic, or machinery systems.

Proven ability to solve complex problems, applying independent judgment and structured root cause analysis techniques.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and present ideas in both English and Portuguese.
