What we are looking for:

This position is responsible to plan and execute strategies, create and improve process and policies according business target to assure the approved GM and IFO. This role is a key player also to create retail strategies to boost quality of sales mix and leverage the invetory turn of the dealers, keeping healthy business for dealership and AGCO in the same time. To work in collaboration with AGCO Global Pricing to develop and implement the best practices to improve profitability and maintain the competitiveness. The scope and impact of the pricing manager is in all South and Central America, and also for export market outside region. Be a leader that inspire people to be guided by the concept "farmer fisrt. What are you going to do:

To implement pricing aligned with brand positiniong and global pricing scope Participate in the pricing committee, suggesting actions to leverage margins and maintain business competitiveness Develop pricing tools aligned with the global pricing scope that contribute to improve sales mix, product margens and IFO. Review pricing policies and have active presence in the demand forecast defintion, giving drives about posible pricing impact over the volume and share. Consolidate and align differents SA pricing process. Be Aligned and get and give inputs from/to manufacture, costs, credit, marketing, sales and planning regarding price and cost impacts, suggesting solutions to improve margins and IFO. Develop tools to capture retail trends and define strategy to boost demand for the product offering. Assure kpi and dashboard controls currently updated.


What do you need:

+5 years in managerial position related to the pricing role Experience in the pricing scope for non-comodities products Knowledge of value selling pricing strategies Integrated vision of cost to pricing scope Leading multi culture people skills
