Take a customer centered approach to the development of tractors and associated solutions that translate customer needs into strategy, balancing brand differentiation with platform synergies to serve diverse target segments.  By aligning cross-functional efforts, managing complexity, and prioritizing resources, we manage our product lifecycle to meet current and future needs and empower farmers to succeed.

 

Your Impact:

• You Own the product lifecycle (NPI & CPM) for specific platforms, ensuring they align with brand strategies (MF & Valtra) and market requirements.

• Manage platform roadmaps, balancing modularity, scalability, and cost-efficiency while meeting brand-specific Unique Selling Points (USPs).

• Ensure platform alignment with solution systems requirements, coordinating with Solution Systems PMs to deliver platform-specific contributions to integrated solutions. Collaborate with brand USP PMs and deliver brand specific customer needs.

• Monitor platform health, including quality, financial performance, and market share, and take corrective actions when needed.

• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain to deliver innovative platform designs that meet sustainability and circular economy goals. Collaborate with customer support to understand platform field performance.

• You Orchestrate feature/pricing/volume/take-rates with Brand USP PMs. Support Dir. Tractor (FT/VT/MF) PM to make a final recommendation on gates during OPC.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years’ experience in the field of ag machinery/technology, distribution development and/or product manager roles

• Fluent in English with solid writing and oral skills

• Demonstrate ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage projects effectively. Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset

• Ability to quantify business-case with financials. Working understanding of agile project management principles

• Ability to articulate business requirements with data
