Your Impact

As a Project Manager, Supplier Quality and Systems Integration, you will play a pivotal role in driving standardization, operational excellence and efficiency in global quality processes. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing & standardizing global quality management workflows and enhancing overall quality performance. This role will be instrumental in driving cross-functional collaboration, standardizing quality processes, and enhancing performance across our global supply chain.

This position will interface with Global Product Integrity, Site Quality, Customer Support, Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement and IT teams.

This is a key role within Product Integrity, and requires a strong understanding of Supplier Quality Engineering, Process Improvement Methodologies and Quality Tools.

A “Farmer First” mindset is to be displayed in all activities the incumbent is involved in, focused on finding solutions to problems and enhancements to processes & systems that result in the machine the Farmer has purchased meeting or exceeding their expectations for quality and reliability.

Collaborate with and support the Global Product Integrity, Quality and Supply Chain Teams on the execution of strategic and tactical projects, including but not limited to:

  • Global Quality Process Flows: streamline workflows between supplier quality, site quality, procurement, engineering, suppliers and dealers to ensure efficiency and improved communication.
  • Supplier Quality Management: Lead global projects to improve and harmonize SQE processes across regions, including risk management, supplier audits, PPAP/APQP, and corrective action systems.
  • Global Quality Management System: support the implementation of a global QMS ensuring alignment with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other relevant standards
  • Process Documentation, Procedures and Policies: Develop and improve guidelines and standards, ensuring efficiency, consistency, accountability, and transparency across functional teams.
  • Systems & Training: Ensure that systems are updated in accordance with process changes. This includes working closely with IT and business process owners, software vendors and other relevant departments to implement updates, and ensure that all stakeholders are trained on new processes.
  • Problem Product Resolution: Support the optimization of failed parts return from the field, ensuring quick turnaround times and minimum impact for customers.
  • Product Integrity Review Process: Coordinate process root causes analysis of selected quality issues, with manufacturing, engineering and customer support teams. Thoroughly document findings and lessons learned, and implement process improvements to prevent recurrence of problems.

Your Experience and Qualifications

 

  • Structured and Analytical Thinking: Demonstrates a methodical approach with strong analytical capabilities to assess complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills: Experienced in uncovering inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, evaluating alternatives, and implementing effective, sustainable solutions.
  • Effective Cross-Cultural Communication: Skilled in coordinating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Operational Harmonization Expertise: Capable of drawing insightful conclusions and delivering pragmatic solutions to streamline and align multi-site operations.
  • Self-Motivated and Independent: Able to manage tasks and projects autonomously while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
  • Detail-Oriented Execution: Maintains a meticulous approach to task management, ensuring thorough follow-through and quality outcomes.
  • Project Multitasking Proficiency: Comfortable managing multiple concurrent work streams, balancing priorities, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Senior experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or Quality Systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar QMS frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, required
