Monitor and develop, together with other involved areas, the technical training plan for new projects (NPI), as well as other matters involving new products. Monitor and develop, together with the global content development areas, the learning paths that will be applied in LATAM. Attend internal and global meetings representing the department. Support instructors regarding the transportation of machines for training, as well as other matters related to the Training Center. Attend meetings with customers and dealers, and other tasks, related on the departments in training center on Jundiaí.
Your Impact
- Action Planning with Dealers and Sales Coordinators: Develop and execute MF marketing and commercial plans in alignment with business objectives.
- Commercial Interface: Act as a strategic partner to the sales team and dealer network, gathering market insights to refine and enhance the commercial approach.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor activity and consumer behavior trends to recommend adjustments to the commercial tactical plan and ongoing campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and sales dashboards to evaluate effectiveness and results.
Seasonality and Planting/Harvest Window Analysis: Track regional calendars to anticipate and proactively plan sales initiatives. - Regional Commercial Plan Development: Support managers, coordinators, and dealerships based on sales targets and regional market potential.
- Sales Funnel Management: Monitor lead flow from field demonstrations through deal closure, identifying bottlenecks and conversion gaps.
- Retail Intelligence (Sell-out): Analyze dealership inventory turnover to prevent aged or out-of-season stock and optimize product mix.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engenieer or related field;
- Handle conflict; Easy going;
- Advanced English (English language is required to reading and writing with proficiency, and able to participate in meetings, understanding the main points and being able to communicate effectively);
- Spanish is a differential and desirable;
- Able to speak in public;
- Able to travel;
- Driver`s license (Category "B").
