This position is part of the Global Aftermarket Parts Pricing organization, based in Jundiai and reporting to the LATAM Pricing Manager. The role supports pricing activities across LATAM markets, with strong focus on execution, responsiveness and commercial support.

The analyst is responsible for day-to-day pricing activities, including quotation management, price claims analysis and price maintenance, supporting decisions based on internal data and market price references. The role works closely with Sales, Purchasing and other cross-functional teams, ensuring effective support to regional business needs within established pricing guidelines.

 

Your Impact

  • Support Sales Team in pricing negotiations and inquiries.
  • Manage and respond to price claims through Salesforce and related tools.
  • Maintain and update pricing data in global and regional systems.
  • Perform price adjustments based on requests, internal analysis and market references.
  • Execute quotation and discount approval processes with speed and accuracy.
  • Monitor workload and ensure visibility through reports and dashboards.
  • Interact with Purchasing to address cost-related topics.
  • Ensure adherence to pricing processes, policies and guidelines.
  • Support identification of process improvement opportunities.
  • Handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a high-demand environment.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field.
  • Experience in pricing, sales support, finance or aftermarket is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel required.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM (e.g. Salesforce) or pricing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Advanced English (English language to be able to participate in meetings, understanding the main points and being able to communicate effectively).
  • Spanish is a plus.
