Transform the company’s strategic guidelines into concrete action plans. The professional must ensure that campaigns and product launches are aligned with business objectives, monitor performance, and adjust commercial tactical plans to maximize return on investment and achieve the brand’s market share targets by product.
Your Impact
- Action Planning with Dealers and Sales Coordinators: Develop and detail Massey Fergusson marketing and commercial plans in alignment with regional needs.
- Commercial Interface: Act as a strategic partner to the sales team and dealer network, capturing market insights to refine the commercial approach.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor activity and consumer behavior trends to recommend adjustments to the commercial tactical plan and ongoing campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze KPIs (key performance indicators) and sales dashboards to measure effectiveness and results.
- Seasonality and Planting/Harvest Windows Analysis: Monitor regional calendars to anticipate and proactively plan sales actions.
- Regional Commercial Plan Development: Support managers, coordinators, and dealers based on regional targets and market potential.
- Sales Funnel Management: Monitor the lead flow from field demonstrations through deal closure, identifying bottlenecks and conversion gaps.
- Retail Intelligence (Sell-out): Analyze inventory turnover at dealerships to avoid aged or out-of-season stock and optimize product mix.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Degree in Agronomic, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Business, Marke or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree or MBA is mandatory for this position.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales funnel management;
- Experience with sales funnel management tools to support long and complex capital goods sales cycles;
- Proficiency in Salesforce;
- Advanced English (English language is required to reading and writing with proficiency, and able to participate in meetings, understanding the main points and being able to communicate effectively)
- Knowledge of Financial Mathematics and Rural Credit.
