Coordinate the management of tactical initiatives within the assigned region, developing actions and business plans in collaboration with dealers to commercialize the complete Valtra portfolio (tractors, harvesters, sprayers, and planters).

Your Impact

• Lead the execution of dealers’ tactical initiatives within the assigned territory in order to deliver the sales plan agreed between the manufacturer and the dealer in the region;
• Analyze the market conditions of the assigned region, segmenting by product, crop, competition, and customer profile;
• Manage commercial product demonstrations in collaboration with dealers;
• Participate in regional events and trade fairs.

Your Experience and Qualifications

•    Degree in Agronomy, Business Administration, Agricultural, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or a related field;
•    Knowledge of agricultural machinery and products;
•    Experience working with distribution networks (dealers/concessionaires);
•    Availability to travel;
•    Residence in the State of São Paulo.
