We are specifically looking for an experienced developer with a strong background in software testing, automation development, and embedded systems. 

 

Your Impact: 

  • We are seeking an experienced software developer to join AGCO’s global Engineering organization for a temporary position supporting Valtra display and user interface development. 

  • In this role, you will work as part of our software validation team with a strong focus on test automation for Valtra terminal displays used in mobile machinery. 

  • Your responsibilities include designing, implementing, maintaining, and executing automated test solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of embedded display software. You will contribute to UI validation, regression test automation, and integration of automated test suites into continuous integration pipelines. 

  • This position requires hands-on experience in embedded testing, automation frameworks, and UI test design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, system engineers, and UX specialists.  

  • Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to quality improvement are essential. 

Your Experience and Qualification: 

  • Python – automation scripting, tool creation, test logic development  

  • Robot Framework – automated UI & system test creation  

  • Squish – embedded UI test automation (Qt/QML or similar)  

  • Embedded testing – experience with embedded targets, debugging, HW/SW interaction  

  • Mobile machinery UI testing – HMI validation, functional UI workflows, display interaction testing.
