Your Role
As a Field Technical Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to our dealer network, ensuring customer satisfaction, product performance, and service excellence. You will coordinate all service-related activities within your assigned region and act as the technical liaison between dealers and AGCO’s central teams. This includes handling technical service issues, providing dealer training, and contributing to customer satisfaction and aftersales Projects.
Your Impact

Manage and develop tractor service operations and the service network within the assigned region. Handle and follow up on technical service issues reported by customers and dealers; direct them to the relevant departments and ensure timely resolution

Ensure that the dealer network in the region provides a service in accordance with AGCO standards. Prepare training plans for dealers regarding products and technical needs, and support their implementation

Cooperate with other departments to initiate or support aftersales projects and development initiatives

Lead communication efforts and contribute to improving customer satisfaction and reporting processes. Provide support and take part in any additional tasks or new processes related to the role or operations

Comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and ensure their application across all operations under responsibility
Your Experience and Qualifications

Education: University degree (Agriculture engineering (Department of Agricultural Engineering and Technologies)) or mechanical engineering.

Language: English (at least intermediate level).

Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience in technical service or after-sales support, preferably in agricultural machinery.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong technical knowledge of tractors and harvesting machinery(1–5 years)

Requires proficient level of mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic understanding. Good knowledge of mechanized agriculture and land preparation techniques

Experience and understanding of customer satisfaction, service management, and problem-solving with Good interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
