Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with business teams and global finance teams.
• Prepare and analyse financial and management reporting.
• Performing financial and accounting-related activities in a timely manner.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Preparation of Cash Flow Statements (Weekly)
• Preparation of ad hoc reports or analysis required.
• Taking the initiative to make continuous improvements in reporting tools.
• Execute VAT return process (ad hoc basis)
• Support audit process and manage the communication/data sharing with audit advisors.
• Manage the interactions with the Banks and follow of bank related daily operations.
• Other duties as assigned based upon Project based.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business related degrees or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a global environment is essential.
• Fluency in advanced English both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint expert level.
• Effective stakeholder management, business partnering and communication skills.
• Good communication skills, Self-motivated, able to take initiative and proceed.
• Certificates in accounting are desirable.
• 5% European travel.
