 National Sales Manager, Massey Ferguson, Turkey
Location: Gebze, Istanbul


 

Job Summary:
 

Maximize sales, profit margin and market share in the Turkish market for all MF products, including Tractors, Telehandlers, Loaders, Green and Gold Harvesting. Effectively manage a team of Area Sales Managers in co-operation with Managing Director(MD), and work aligned with Distribution Management. Build development plans for ASM's and closely follow up with them and report to MD and HR. Implement and successfully penetrate MF Full Line and new strategies of AGCO in MF dealer network.

 

Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Accurate Forecasting

  • Achieve Sales targets

  • Promote strong Brand image

  • Monitor industry developments&trends and share feedback with MD and Marketing team regularly.

  • Ensure that there is an effective training schedule for the dealer network.

  • Ensure internal training is provided for Sales team.

  • In conjunction with MD and senior management, implement and maintain MF's Dealer Standards  & Grow Dealer Programme

  • Manage Decision Cost budget, effective Opex spent control with ASM's

  • Manage Receivables, and maximize Dealer Credit Limits

  • Manage New and Aged Inventory.

  • Ensure dealer representation for all new territories to maximize coverage

  • Ensure Sales Coverage & Conversion reporting  being done successfully on timely manner

  • Negotiate and plan pricing & incentives as well as dealer business plans (DBP's)
     

KPIS: Volume sold, Net sales, Gross and Std. margin, Inventory units and value, OPEX spend...

Percentage of Travel required-> ~%50


 

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Machinery or/and Engineering, Business management

  • Proven sales management experience in Agriculture, Automotive or Construction industries (essential)

  • Fluent English and native Turkish

  • Sense of diplomacy, team and collaborative work.

  • People management focus

  • Management skills, business & results oriented
