We are looking for a Development Engineer for AGCO POWER R&D – Software Development team. Join our Engine Control Software team to work with modern diesel engine technology. We are seeking a technology-oriented development engineer/expert for software development related to engine control software development and software testing. Components of the engine control system include the control unit, various sensors, intelligent actuators, and wiring harnesses 

Your Impact

• Your responsibilities will include engine software development and testing, as well as development of various programming environments.  

• In this role, you will participate in different software development tasks involving new engine technologies  

• You will work with HIL test automation systems, real engines, and modern work machines.  

• You are interested in the world of mobile work machines and want to grow an expert in your field.  

• More important than prior experience is your passion for learning new things about the vehicle world. 

Your Experience and Qualification

• You have an engineering degree in a relevant field (e.g., automation technology).  

• These skills are important to us: Matlab Simulink, GitHub, Robot Framework, DevOps.  

• Initiative and problem-solving ability are an advantage in this role.  

• You have a positive attitude both at work and in your free time.  

• You enjoy technical challenges and are a great team player.
