Your Team & Role 

We are looking for an IT Lead for the maintenance and development activities between our global IT functions and our three legal entities in Finland. The IT Lead will ensure that the business needs are properly communicated to our global IT functions and global IT guidelines and plans to local business functions and IT. Local IT Lead will work as the company manager for IT staff based in Finland ensuring their engagement, well-being and communication with local business functions. 

Your Impact 

•  You work with our local businesses in Finland to ensure accountability for IT support and input to local projects for Global IT communication and enforcement of IT guidelines, roadmaps and strategy topics for IT staff in Finland together with global supervisors.  

• You communicate business needs from AGCO Power, Valtra and AGCO Finland to Global IT management both from application and infra-areas for budgeting and forecasts as well as for project planning, execution and tracking. 

• You ensure progress and coordination of key domestic IT projects both from infra and application viewpoint together with potential PMs and reporting of progress and key projects to local business leadership. 

• You manage local applications and their development together with related global teams 

• You execute local general admin tasks together with HR and FICO  

• You serve as an escalation point for local business management for quick problem solving, especially for manufacturing and domestic sales topics. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• You will ideally have an extensive IT business support background with a relevant degree and experience leading teams in a global matrix organization to deliver local IT.  

• Experience with IT project and portfolio management and expertise in IT management practices and processes in a global company. SAP Process management knowledge is appreciated. 

• Broad understanding of modern IT infrastructure (networks, hosting, cloud services, desktop solutions) and modern enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, SCM, PLM).  

• A good understanding of compliance and security of IT systems with global organizations (SOX; GDPR) and ITIL 4.    

• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills with good communication and influencing, both in Finnish and English.

Our team works at Linnavuori AGCO Power site as well as in Suolahti Valtra site. We have reserved a desk for you in Linnavuori, but we hope you can travel and meet your Team in Suolahti as well on a regular basis.
